Experienced Machine Operator

We are looking for experienced CNC machine operators and experienced cold forming machine operators. Requires standing and walking for the entire shift. Pushing or lifting up to 50 pounds occasionally. Measuring parts to ensure quality production using a micrometer or caliper. Following production processes and work instructions. Adhering to our ISO procedures.

Experienced Cold Form Tool Design Engineer

• Design tooling that meets specifications and produces a blueprint part.
• Maintain digital/electronic data. Support manufacturing and other departments as an internal customer.
• Perform improvement studies.
• Run calculations to support Tool Design.
• Create tool models, drawings, and detail drawings.
• Train others in trouble shooting tool failures.
• Generate tooling work orders.
• Provides metric data for reviews.
• Supports customers & project teams with data analysis.
• Supports business initiatives.
