Heat Treat and Metal Finishing

We provide a large number of standard and custom finishes.
Our heat treat facility offers a variety of processes including:

• Thru-Hardening
• Case Hardening
• Annealing
• Normalizing
• Atmosphere controlled tempering

Plating Dept includes both barrel and rack capabilities and processes such as:

• Zinc Plating
• Zinc Dichromate
• Baking

Product can be processed in our own in-house heat treat facility.  Two continuous cast link belt furnaces with up to 10,000 lbs per hour capacity.
All product is tested and verified by the in house A2LA certified testing lab.
